For 9 seasons, utility man Tony Kubek did it all for the New York Yankees, filling in at shortstop, third base, outfield, or delivering a timely hit to keep the Yankees dynasty sailing along. The 1957 A. L. Rookie of the Year, Kubek played in the World Series six times, winning three championships, and was selected to three all-star games. One of those all-star nods came during the 1959 season, when Kubek wore this Wilson size 42 flannel home gamer. A felt swatch with cursive "Kubek" is stitched inside the collar with a "1959" swatch appearing on the front. Incredible game-use is evident. An amazing piece of pinstriped history from the glory days of Mantle, Berra and Ford. LOA from Mile High Card Company.
