One of the true iconic sets of the basketball card world, the 1957 Topps collection is just 80 cards in total but includes the rookie cards of all the major stars of the era, including Bob Cousy, Tom Heinsohn (SGC 40 VG 3), Bob Pettit and one of the most coveted debut cards ever produced, Bill Russell. Sorry, no Russell in this compilation of 49 cards, but there is a rookie card of Bob Cousy (#17 VG). Other key cards are 24 Pettit EX/MT (MC) and 71 Twyman VG/EX (OC). The rest off the cards are 5% EX/MT or better, 15% EX, 30% VG/EX, 30% VG and 20% lower. Needed to compete the set is #1, 2, 5, 6, 14, 18, 20, 21, 26, 27, 30, 32, 36, 37, 40, 43, 49, 51, 55, 57, 58, 59, 61, 66, 68, 69, 70, 72, 77 Russell, 78 and 80.
