Offered is a strong mid-grade rendition of a nearly mythical card, the 1954 Bowman #66 Ted Williams. Withdrawn from production because of contractual obligations that Williams had with arch-rival Topps, the featured example boasts a well defined appearance of arguably the greatest hitter the game has ever known. Centering slightly favors the bottom edge but is well compensated by slightly above average endpoints. A difficult card in any condition!
