Though called altered by PSA, this important example of Mickey Mantle's second Topps card shows an overall sharpness and impressive lack of significant chipping along the red colored edges that would compare it favorably to NM examples costing north of five figures. Slightly positioned toward the upper left corner, the card offers a clean and bright artist's rendering of "The Commerce Comet." An attractive example of a highly-prized issue.
