Pre-dating the magical 1952 issue that stands as the gold standard for post-war baseball card sets, Topps released packs of smaller, red-backed cards in 1951 with Berra, Rizzuto, Wynn, Feller, Spahn and many other stars and Hall of Famers possible. Presented is a well-preserved pack of those 1951 red backs, graded GAI 7.5. Beautifully sealed with that signature red back showing through the waxed paper, it is a reminder of the history that would soon unfold!
