At first glance, the offered card could best be described as conservatively graded. Fairly well-centered though slightly favoring the top edge, this card has many attributes of a specimen graded at least one level higher. Three of the four corners are better than NM and the surface quality is outstanding. Amazingly high-end for a NM assessment.
