Known mostly for his Home run hit off Ralph Branca to capture the 1951 NL pennant away from the Brooklyn Dodgers, Bobby Thomson is featured here on the Bowman card from the year of that famous shot heard around the world. An incredible high-end mint example of Thomson shows him in his NY Giant home white uniform against the greenest of lawns at the Polo Grounds. Near perfect centering on the front & reverse, perfectly frame his image, and are rightfully topped off with four razor sharp corners that all come to an amazing point. As one of only four examples to be given this high grade of Mint by PSA, and none graded any higher, this card can expect to get some action.
