One of the tougher "Gold Tooth" models in the Stanford Pottery series of figural banks, the Brooklyn Dodgers issue features the Brooklyn "Bum," with "Bums" on the jersey despite the "D" on the hat. This statue is approximately 8" tall, beautifully painted and in original unrestored condition. Very minor crazing can be seen around the base area and on the back of the figurine, and the only other noticeable flaw is a small chip in the number "7" on the back. These issues probably bring the technical assessment to the NM level, but the display side is MINT in appearance. The base is stamped "Stanford Art Pottery INC Sebring Ohio. A very scarcely seen collectible for the advanced Dodger fan.
