The first true superstar of the NBA, George Mikan's 1948 Bowman card is the key to putting together a respectable collection. This PSA 6 example is positioned just a shade toward the bottom edge but centered much better than most in its grading class and above, with mildly touched corners and edges in line with the EX/MT assessment. Most importantly, the image of the awkwardly dribbling superstar is surrounded by an admirable blue field that is bold and consistent. The reverse is well-framed and problem-free. At this grade level, this Mikan RC is very strong!
