Joe Page was a left handed pitcher who pitched mostly for the NY Yankees from 1944 to 1954. He was one of the early relief specialists which earned him the nickname "The Fireman." We are proud to offer his '48 Bowman short-printed rookie card in phenomenal condition. Earning the high grade of SGC 88 NM/MT, this pasteboard displays four incredibly strong corners, and a clean & clear picture that shows Joe in his wind-up pose. The centering is the most apparent dispute to a higher assessment with an evident favoring of the left edge.
