A centering preference for the right border keeps this high-end example of George Connally's difficult 1933 Goudey low-number issue from a higher grade, but as one of just 9 to grade PSA 8 with only one graded higher, it's more than sufficient to raise the level of any top-rated collection. Both the corners and edges range from NM/MT+ to MINT while the image is of the very finest quality.
