Hall of Famer Earl Averill, who broke Dizzy Dean's toe with a line drive during the 1937 All Star game, on a stunning 1933 Goudey card. With crisp registration, explosive colors and clean, white borders, this specimen has earned a designation of NM/MT 8 from PSA, placing it within the top 8% of all similar submissions. Were it not for a slight centering inclination for the east, a higher grade would certainly be possible. A marvelous example offering lots of visual appeal.
