A collector favorite due to the multitude of color that graces the artwork, the featured collectible shows Hall Of Famer Rogers Hornsby at the top step of the dugout, leading the charge of the hapless St. Louis Browns. To date, PSA has only graded four others as superior to the offered example. Four NM/MT or better corners support the crisp color and perfectly registered image of Hornsby. The obstacle to a higher assessment is the centering, which shows a bias for the left edge. The reverse contains abundant forest green printing on a strong white canvas. A high level example of this popular pasteboard.
