With just a dozen total specimens on the PSA pop report, any set builder that has an opportunity to acquire a George C. Miller card of Lefty O'Doul should jump at the chance, regardless of grade. However, the grade of PSA 4 equates to "high-grade" by Miller standards. Well centered for the issue with grade-appropriate wear at the endpoints.
