Offered is a solid mid-grade specimen of one of the most fabulous cardboard portrayals featuring Hall of Famer Lou Gehrig; the always enticing 1933 DeLong issue. A pleasing, well-imaged Gehrig stands handsomely posed with a plethora of rich color in the surrounding backdrop. The four corners all check in at or above the assessed grade, while the centering is slightly shifted but above average for the issue. The reverse is well-imaged with some uneven toning that may account for the conservative evaluation. Certainly one of the finer specimens you will ever find for the grade!
