A major manufacturer of sporting goods and uniforms during the early 20th Century, the Horace Partridge Company was often called upon to produce uniforms for semi-pro teams, as evidenced by this circa 1920's complete wool uniform, which includes hat, jersey, pants, and stirrups. The jersey has "NTS" across the chest, possibly for Naval Training Station, with a four button fastener for the pants and heavy knit stirrups. The hat is size 7 and has an"N" on the front. A magnificent relic celebrating pre-depression era baseball!
