Approximately 3" x 3" in dimension, the offered Type I image gives us a look inside the courtroom where Judge Landis is holding court at the trial of the 1919 Black Sox players. Chick Gandil and Swede Risberg are shown beside Commissioner Landis. Joe Jackson is shown at bottom left with his hand on his forehead and back turned to the camera. The reverse has a date stamp of 1920 and International News Photo is written in blue ballpoint pen.
