Graded PSA 5, practically pristine considering the age and type of the item, this ticket stub is from Game 3 of the 1917 World Series (Game 1 in NY), a matchup between the Chicago White Sox and New York Giants. With this stub, the observer saw the Giants shut out the Sox 2-0 with Rube Benton tossing a five-hitter to outduel Eddie Cicotte. One of the most well-preserved examples of a dead ball era World Series ticket stub that we've ever offered.
