The presented example of Eddie Collins' 1914 Cracker Jack issue has been graded PSA 7 NM and boasts bona fide NM corners around a predominantly clean image of "Cocky" that marginally favors the north border. A small, black mark appears in the lower left border, an apparent ink overrun from his jersey. The reverse is surprisingly clean, with bold yet refined black print that is amazingly precise given the printing methods used nearly a century ago. Clearly, the Cracker Jack set was technologically ahead of its time, and this Eddie Collins specimen proves that. Still the only player in MLB history to amass at least 12 seasons for two different teams, Collins is of course widely regarded as the greatest second baseman ever, just like this 1914 Cracker Jack example is the greatest ever. The one and only example graded PSA NM 7, with none graded higher!
