Graded NM/MT 8 by SGC. The featured collectible is the ONE and ONLY copy that has been graded NM/MT 8 by SGC with just one copy that has been graded a half grade higher than the offered card. As well the PSA census report states that just two examples of this card have been graded NM/MT with nary a single example that has been graded higher!Fred ‘Cyclone’ Taylor played with the Ottawa Senators from 1907 to 1909 leading them to a Stanley Cup victory in 1909. He played two seasons for the Renfrew Millionaires (formerly the Creamery Kings), with Frank and Lester Patrick (1909/10 and 1910/11). The Patrick brothers lured him west in 1912, to play with the Vancouver Millionaires (Pacific Coast Hockey Association). He starred with the team until his retirement in 1921.Taylor led the PCHA in scoring for five years. He amassed a total of 263 individual career points between 1912 and 1921 (159 goals, 104 assists – No. 1 in the league). “Cyclone” Taylor helped the Vancouver Millionaires win the Stanley Cup in 1915. They won three games straight (6-2, 8-3, 12-5) against the Ottawa Senators – seven of the goals were scored by “Cyclone." The featured collectible appears as though it was just retrieved from a pack of tobacco as it is nearly perfect in every respect. Deep bold colors as well as a perfectly registered image are only heightened by four over the top sharp corners. The reverse is splendidly printed and puts a fitting cap on this cardboard masterpiece.
