His name might be spelled wrong, but there's nothing wrong with this E93 Standard Caramel card of Harry Coveleski, one of just 2 to grade PSA 8 with none graded higher. Nicknamed "The Giant Killer," Coveleski was virtually unknown when this card was released in 1910, but Harry would hit his stride several years later, posting three consecutive 20+ win seasons and a 65-36 record from 1914-1916. As impressive as the PSA 8 grade is, the corners and edges appear slightly better than grade level and the centering, though just a hair toward the right side, is well within specifications. The image of Coveleski firing a pitch against a sunny yellow sky is bold and precise. A stunner!
