Graded VG/EX 4 by PSA. A stunning portrait of the “Christian Gentleman” Christy Mathewson shown in a horizontal image in mid-pitch. The offered card features four corners that go well beyond the offered grade as well as bountiful color and a clean overall appearance. The reverse is well printed and void of any stains, while an exceptionally light almost imperceptible 1/4” wrinkle runs along the right side of the card when viewing it horizontally. A scintillating example of this elusive and popular candy card.
