Near perfectly framed with a presentable NM to NM/MT perimeter, this is a strong, Set Registry worthy example of Rube Waddell's extremely colorful T206 Piedmont "Throwing" variation that has been graded PSA 7 NM, one of three with a Piedmont reverse to earn a NM grade with just two positioned higher. A precisely registered image of the eccentric hurler pops to life against a multi-tiered, rainbow-like backdrop of pale blue, yellow, orange, purple, navy, and green. A testament to the early lithographic process, T206's just don't get much more colorful than this festive gem.
