Listed as Billy on many a PSA and SGC flip and as Fred on the PSA pop report, a player named Frederick Thomas Payne played for the Chicago White Sox from 1909-11, and is pictured with vibrant colors and near-perfect centering on the offered T206 pasteboard. The card has been graded NM 7 by PSA, due to slightly accelerated wear at the lower left, but certainly presents at a higher level. Only 5 higher-graded examples are listed on the pop report.
