The eye-grabbing blue and green pigments of this T206 Christy Mathewson "dark cap" card are so bold and thoroughly saturated that Matty almost appears to be standing beneath a midnight sky, and the distinct, blue-printed Piedmont ad back is largely free of any significant tobacco staining. The corners are in line with the VG/EX grade and the centering is virtually dead-on perfect, making this an extremely attractive card that is superior to most at its grade level.
