Often referred to as "the original Ty Cobb," Hall of Famer Billy Hamilton set the league afire in the 1880s and 1890s with a career .344 batting average and five stolen base titles, topping the 100 mark four times and holding the all-time mark for swipes until Lou Brock passed him. Hamilton is featured on this ancient 1887 Old Judge card that is graded SGC 20 FAIR 1.5 due to paper loss on the back but has the perimeter strength that is closer to EX/MT. The central image is amazingly well-preserved considered the age of the series. From the front of the card, you probably won't find a stronger example anywhere.
