Graded 20 (1.5) FAIR by SGC. If all cards graded FAIR looked like the offered example no one would buy high grade cards! A somewhat lightly focused image is surrounded by a crease free obverse with four stunning high end corners that approach a NM overall appearance. The reverse is foiled by a light indention of a cursive written name (indention only, no ink) that has lowered the overall technical grade immeasurably.
